Referral Process

Getting referred to our maternity care team is simple. If you have a primary care provider—such as a Family Physician (FP) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)—please book an appointment with them to request a referral. Referrals can be sent to the Centreville Clinic, and based on availability, your maternity care will be provided at either Centreville Clinic or Orchard Maternity Vernon.

If you do not have a primary care provider, you are welcome to self-refer. To do so, please contact the Centreville Clinic directly at (250) 549-1245, and our team will assist you with next steps.
